Re: Jumbo King ... 12 fret ???

Andy,

It’s nice to see you here. And that’s a sharp observation on the 12-fret JK! It’s certain 12-fret in contrast to the 14-fret JK that Bill picked up later. I don’t shop for JKs, but I have never seen one or heard them (12-fret model) mentioned. That must have been a prototype.

Re: Electric song recommendations

I think this a great question and something I’ve wondered about myself, not being an electric player. But obviously all the electric players are off playing their electrics and don’t have time to answer! :D

Re: D1A Special

I think I’ve seen this D1A Special online and wondered about it. Seems I remember zooming in on the label photo and seeing what might be “Special” printed with the model number. Re: Collings C-10 models

That’s a beauty of a C-10! Collings has a history of making a few colored acoustics (and ukes). They’re not trying to sell them to everyone, so the rarity makes them pretty special.

Re: The T series - Please explain to me

...a "T" version OM... the main difference is that they are more lightly built and more lightly finished. What am I missing? Andy, It’s good to see/hear you here. You’re correct about the build and finish. I’d just refer you to the Collings website: https://www.collingsguitars.com/traditional-serie...
