SOLD
Very clean and recent Collings D1AT with a baked Adirondack top and Mahogany back and sides. Really incredible. Standard Traditional Series specs. One pencil tip sized mark on top that is not easy to see. I’m just in over my head on gear right now so I’m trying to downsize.

I-35 LCV
Wonderful Collings I35 LCV in mint condition. No mods. ThroBaks. 6lbs.,13oz. Very little play. I’m just not playing as much as I used to, so I’m hoping this will go to someone that will put it to good use! $5,850 shipped. Thanks! https://iili.io/JJQ5iHG.jpg [/url]

Re: CJ35 neck vs 45 neck
Hey Mark - I own a 45 and used to own a 35. The 45 is thick all the way through, meaning I don’t feel much taper and it is even thick at the lower frets. It is beefier than the 35 and does have more depth. I much prefer it to the 35, but I am a fan of big necks.

Re: You can only have two.
A D1ATS and a CJ45AT. That covers it all for me.

Re: CJ45T Follow up
I recently celebrated my one year anniversary with my CJ45AT. I love it now as much as the day I got it. My favorite neck profile and the short-scale makes it a joy to play. Warm and punchy at the same time. I think it’s a fantastic guitar and I tend to gravitate to it more than my D1ATS.

Re: FS: Collings CJ45T
These are unreal guitars and Peanut73 is a great seller! With the recent price increase (these are $6675 now, new) this sure seems like a nice price to me. I’m a huge fan of this model!

Re: Variations of the 290 DC
I thought the aging process was a $500-$600 upgrade. Maybe the less expensive of the two also is older stock (pre the last Collings price increase) as well. Sorry, I’m not much help on this but those are the only things I can think of.
