I have a Collings C10 and really like it's C shape neck. Never much liked V shape necks.

More like sympathetic string vibrations to the soundwave vibrations in the air from the electric guitar especially if it volume was up somewhat.

A pyramid bridge is ok with medium gauge strings on the E and B (0.13 and 0.17) strings (at least in standard tuning or lower tension tunings) according to the info I got from contacting Collings
many years ago and I have used them as such ever since on my Collings C10. Keep light gauge on the other ...

I wouldn't say better. Depends on what is going on with the rest of the setup and the typical relieve amount in a good setup is very, very, small to begin with.

Looks fine to me from that photo. There is a little pressure on the guitar from the padding when you close the case. Nothing wrong with that, especially on a brand new case as padding will compress down a bit over time. The alignment also looks fine to me.
