I'm a 12 fret fan as well, I have 4 and am slowly transitioning my stable to all 12 frets. The 12 frets I have are a Martin Custom Shop 000, Martin 000-17sm, Fender Paramount PM2, and recently a Collings DS2H. Like Andy, I prefer a wider nut, 1 13/16 or 1 7/8 suits me best.
