Re: Traditional model neck carve options

I have an 001A 14 fret standard, non-traditional. I thoroughly enjoy it. Are you thinking you would like that neck shape on a Traditional?

Re: FS: Collings 290 Aged w/'52-54 ThroBaks

Thanks for the info. Now, with your help, I can see the clear covers. Great idea to show them like that.
How are the ThroBaks different than regular p-90s?
Thanks,

Re: FS: Collings 290 Aged w/'52-54 ThroBaks

More pics, please.
The cracks in the finish are part of the style?
There are covers for the back openings? Can you show a pic with them on?
Full frontal, and full back with covers, please.
Thanks,

Re: NOGD!

I, too, don't know how to pictures on this forum, but I have done it. I just played around with trying to do it and was successful, twice! But I am really uncertain of what I did. My point is that if you play with it a bit, I bet you'll get it done, and I would like to see a 1995 D3!

Re: OM2H deep body - any fans?

I had one and loved it. An OM2HG, to be specific. It had the comfortable feel of the smaller OM body and much of the larger sound of a dread. Ditto, that: OM2HG custom it said on the label, for the deep body. It was my first Collings and it was wonderful. I have a friend who got the same thing a co...

I'm trying to post pictures of the two Brazilian Dreads I mentioned above, both with b grade BR.

Re: Model info denotion

Beautiful guitar. I had a Collings Bb at one point, so the grade of the Brazilian wood was a "b", below all the "a"s (where the more "a"s, the better the rating at the time). It was not highly figured, it was just very black wood where you could hardly see the grain, with a strip or two of red. It w...

Re: FS: Collings 00-14 Fret Traditional Adi/Mahogany

I thought so. I don't think they make the traditional case (yet?) for the 00 14 fret. Thanks for responding and congrats on the sale.
