Waterloo WL-14Mh sold
I have for sale a recent (2018/9) Waterloo WL-14Mh mahogany topped guitar. It great shape with only one ding in the lower bout rim. Light pick guard scratching. This is the version with the original V neck - it's thick and very very comfortable. It's set up professionally, plays really easily and so...

Re: WL-14 Ladder braced questions
Quick update on the Ladder pursuit: I got my hands on a well used Waterloo WL-14L with non adjustable truss rod several days ago. From the first note I could tell it was 'somethin mighty differnt' as my dear old grandma used to say. It's immediate, round warm tone was exactly what I wanted to compli...

Re: Waterloo WL-K - bare fingers vs. pick & finger picks
The WL-K I had was an extremely light build and was tremendously responsive. I thought it was best with bare fingers.

Re: WL-12 questions
I am a recent owner (3months) of a WL-12 and it's a keeper. I tend to flip guitars way too often but this one is staying with me. My first Waterloo was a WL-14 and it was great, but I traded it towards a WL-S Deluxe. You could say I prefer 12 fret guitars over 14 fret models. I honestly can't pick ...

WL-14 Ladder braced questions
Hello everyone,
I'm starting to think about one of the ladder braced versions of the WL-14. Anyone have experience with this model? Thoughts and experiences?
Thanks!

Waterloo WL-K SOLD
I have for sale here a 2017 Waterloo WL-K model made without an adjustable truss rod and weighs about 2lb 13oz - a very light guitar purposely built that way. Very very responsive and full sound. Same size as a Gibson L-00. 12 frets to the body. Incredibly nice Sitka spruce top and mahogany back and...

Re: WL-12 questions
Thanks Austin! Very interesting to hear that and it's not all that surprising either. I have the utmost respect for Collings and have always wanted to own one. It's a major reason I didn't buy an L-00 style guitar of another brand. I've always loved sitka and mahogany tops but in many circumstanced ...

Re: WL-12 questions
Hi Austin, thanks for the info! I was able to sample a WL-12 last week and absolutely loved it. I ended up keeping it and am amazed at the tone. It’s loud and clear as well as intimate and can be growly And spanky as well. The neck is the most comfortable I’ve played - And the playability is so nice...
