FS: SOLD! Hoffee Flight Case for OM

I have a green Hoffee flight case, an OM size, with black interior. The exterior is that "carbon fiber" look. Very minor scuffs. Everything works perfectly, including the handle, strap and latches. Asking $780, including shipping to US 48 states.

Re: Flight case for CL Jazz thinline?

I recently ordered a Calton for my newly acquired CL-Jazz. I haven't received it yet, though. I'm sure it will be just about perfect.

Strap on A style mandolin

I know there are a lot of opinions on this topic over at The Cafe, but I was wondering how my Collings brethren attach a strap to an A style mando.

Tie under the fretboard? Tie at the headstock?
And have many of you installed a strap pin on the heel of the neck?

Thanks!

Re: I35LC/I30LC Comparison

I always enjoy your videos. This one is no exception. A great comparison of two really great guitars. Thank you for taking the time to do this video and posting it.
One question on the 30. Do you hear any difference in dog ear p-90's vs "regular" soap p-9's?

Re: Bad Switch - what to do?

Thanks, all. Actually, I was somehow able to fix it myself, which is pretty surprising as I can barely figure out how to put gas in my car.

I opened the back, sprayed some air on the switch innerds, flipped the switch up and down for a good 15 seconds, and … fixed!

Thanks again, all.

Bad Switch - what to do?

I have a not-quite-a-year-old CL with what I think is a bad switch. In the middle position it plays just the bridge pickup rather than both neck and bridge. Is this something where I should ship the guitar back to Collings to repair? It seems like such a small thing to go through all that hassle, bu...
