There is something about the 290 that is difficult to express other than to say it is soooo easy to play. I just feel it is a part of me.

I have gone through many, and currently have three small bodied Collings acoustics: 001A 14 fret, C-10 sssb German top, and a western shade 01A. They are all very fine guitars. I have a C-10 with a German top that I use for everything. I also have a 001A 14 fret that I wouldn't hesitate to use for whatever I need.
