I agree too, Every Traditonal I've had all have been stellar, regardless of finish, glue, neck construction. I'm very fond of the new Satin finish and new neck construction, I got a few 2020 T's in that configuration. I bought a used D2HATS and it turned out be one that is on Collings Custom Gallery...

May I ask why you sold it?

Seems like now we have a few different flavors in the T guitars in regards to these potential combinations spanning from 2019 to 2021:

Old neck construction
New neck construction
Satin finish
Gloss finish
Fish glue
Titebond

Which do you guys prefer?

So looks like there is a small window of T models(early 2020's) that only have the new neck construction(2020 change) and AP glue as well.

Now it begins: a desire for used Pre-2020 AP glue(edited 4/14) Traditonals... :o Im fine with whatever Collings feels best. Anything they make is always incredible. Hard to tell how collectible they will be. I see alot of wanted ads online. Plus guys with non Collings guitars seem to want them for their Martin's etc. Im betting they will always be sought after. Looks like there is a company following closely to Bills cases... The Orignal Case Company. Check em ...

They are discontinued unfortunately. I've been snapping them up as much as possible lately. I agree, the TKL case just doesnt do justice to a Collings guitar. The vintage cases are a work of art. It really completes the whole Collings experience. Collings website had some D and OM in stock last week...

You can get a Traditonal with narrow spacing. I have a D2HATS(satin) with 1 11/16th nut and 2 3/16th bridge. And i believe you can order any T model(except CJ45T) with the vintage Satin finish. A Satin option is available for Standard models, but its different Satin than the vintage satin on T model...

Im very excited about the .98 fat neck on the CJ45T. I hope they keep it that way. I cant wait to get one.
