nope, they didn't. however, mighty tough to make a profit in this business, unless you're martin selling really inferior, listless-color, flatsawn, brazilian and madagascar, say, for the price Jeff Traugott, say, charges for the very very best.

i had a rattle only once - on a scgc. reached in with the proper tool and found the truss rod was fully loose. tightened it to snug and rattle gone.
