Re: How Many C100 Deluxe SB
Probably only the folks in Austin would know that. I'm not sure that they would consider it something that needs to be put out there but you can give them a call and ask.

Re: Tuner Change
The plating on the tuners on my Collings was flaking off. Stew Mac sent me a new set in exchange at no charge. Fortunately they were the same color so I left the bushings from the old set in place. Without specific tools and experience it is going to be hard to change the bushings and not mar the fi...

In praise of a well set up guitar.
I am the proud temporary holder of three fine guitars. (You do realize that they will outlive us.) For the past 15 years I have enjoyed playing them; mostly at home for my own enjoyment but occasionally out and about. They were each set up professionally at one time and like many players I never rea...

Congratulations on a great guitar. I'm sure that it will keep you musical company for many years to come.
Play the heck out of it. Collings guitars thrive on use.

Re: Traditional model neck carve options
The simplest would be to call back to Austin and ask them to clarify.
Anything any of us knows might be out of date.

Joe Robinson and Christie Lenee at the Tosco Music Party
Here in Charlotte we have a 30 year old tradition called the Tosco Music Party. 4 times a year 12-15 artists come together to share their music with a sell out crowd in our Knight Theater. All the artists also do meet and greats and Merch sales at Intermission and after the show. It is an eclectic e...

Re: NOGD!
Thanks for the picture. That is one beautiful guitar. From the front it looks to be in phenomenal condition for a 25 year old guitar.
The previous owners must have taken excellent care of it.

Re: posture and seating
I use an armless, upholstered dining room chair that I picked up cheaply at world market.
I have a small wooden footstool to which I cut the legs at an angle. It allows me to raise my left foot and leg a bit and that helps me maintain an more upright posture.
