Selling/buying fees not mandatory.

It is my desire to see individuals buy and sell guitars and related equipment on here without worrying about fees. I am seeing people saying that a particular instrument or accessory is sold off of forum. Thank you for stating that but I do not want that to be a necessity. I would like to see people...

Photo Size Limit Raised

There have been a few requests to make posting photos easier on here. To simplify the process of attaching photos, the image dimension (number of pixels) limit of the site has been eliminated. A maximum file size of 500kb will be the only limitation. There site will automatically scale the thumbnail...

Re: 2011 d2h 1 3/4 nut width $3500

There are two ways to incorporate photos into your listing. One is to use a link to an external photo hosting site. The other is to use them as an attachment to your post. Try editing your post and using the attachment option at the bottom of your window. There are maximum size limits that apply to ...

Re: FS: 2014 Collings Baby Maple

Marc, It should be possible for you to link to any external pictures with the Insert Image link button. You also should be able to post directly as an attachment or multiple attachments (bottom of page) to the site using the following size limitations. https://www.collingsforum.net/forum/viewtopic.p...

Dedicated Waterloo forum added

It seems that the Waterloo line of guitars has it own unique following so a dedicated Waterloo forum has been created. The relevant threads have been moved there from the Acoustic Guitar forum.

Re: Why this forum exists

Hi Gents, this is "Silly Moustache" from the UK here. I've just discovered this through Farcebook, and so registered. However recently I also signed up to "The Unofficial Collings and Waterloo Forum". Anyone know how these two will work out /compete/cooperate? Ol' Andy Nice to s...

Re: SO EXCITED! (Custom Order)

Thank for all the nice comments. I can't wait to get it and then figure out how to post photos of it here. Tried to post a photo of my D2HSB, but the file was rejected as being too large. I tried to post some pics of my OM by inserting a Flickr link and failed. Anybody have any suggestions? There a...

Site Update

All is looking good on the site from my end. Please let me know if anybody is having any issues with the site. We are only now coming live on the search engines. It was a bit of a slow process on my end because I did not want the site crawled continuously, incessantly, and unnecessarily driving up t...

Shout out to Kerry Krishna!

I wanted to publicly thank Kerry Krishna for helping out for a couple days with the beta testing the forum and for letting people know that we were going live. He also has run the Facebook Collings Enthusiast site for quite some time. https://www.facebook.com/groups/collingsenthusiasts/ Kerry also h...

Re: Bugs and fixes

I was undecided. Trying to give people some realestate but not making the threads unnecessarily tall. Ok. 100 x 100 it is.
