Has the D1A profile changed over the years, and If so at what points in time?

The D1...or D1A standard neck is the Modified V.... Options are the Vintage Now (VN) which is a little bigger and 1 3/4" at the nut and 2 5/16" at the bridge. Then the biggest is the Vintage neck profile.{(V) in the model designation on the badge in the sound hole.}
The D1A T (Traditional)....neck is more like the VN and the same width. Although it get thicker up the neck and a more pronounced V up closer to the body.

The Collings website shows this pretty good. But it's in a couple of different places.

Thanks Mark for the reply. The main thing that I am trying to learn is if the typical mod V has always been the same over the years, as I am considering the purchase of guitars built from 2000 up to the present.
