Howdy folks,
It's been a long while since I posted anything on the Collings Forum, including the old one. But I used to post frequently and hope that some of you will remember me, as I recognize a lot of the usernames on this new forum. Anyway, I am selling a nice little Collings 01 SB 14-fret with a sunburst sitka top, mahogany back and sides, and a 1 11/16 nut width. Built in 2009. It's a honey of a guitar, but I'm mainly a bluegrass guy and it just doesn't get played. It's in excellent to near mint condition, with really nothing I can find worth noting. The forum wouldn't allow me to attach large files to this post, but I'm happy to email higher quality versions of these photos if you're interested. The guitar is located in Austin, Texas, or I'm happy to ship it. Asking $3000 plus shipping.

Big D, I do rememer you from the old forum days! Welcome. You had a Brazilian Collings D at one time didn’t you? I’m not in the market for your guitar, but just wanted to confirm your suspicions

Hi Eric, great to hear from you, and glad to be back on the Forum. I have missed it, but I just don't have as much time for it as I used to. I do still have a few Brazilian dreads, including a sweet D3 that I have also been considering selling. It's just hard to gauge the value of them these days, as there don't seem to be many trading. Anyway, thanks again for reaching out.
