Hi BAR. I would find that difficult to categorise. I play purely for personal pleasure and I’d have to say mostly with a pick. A bit of country picking. Bit of this, bit of that really. Nothing totally definitive. Sorry I can’t be more specific. I tend to go where the guitar takes me. I am having a bit of issue with fingertip pain from the nickel strings which is something I haven’t had for years. Whether it’s the change in playing position and geometry after over a year with an O-sized guitar, or the change from low-tension Santa Cruz strings I’m not sure. Then again, I have been playing a lot since I got the JL.
