Re: Quite a pair........
Very nice low-wattage amp with plenty of gigging volume. Cleans up with guitar volume and has that Marshall grit and growl in spades. I contacted Marshall and was informed that all 40 of this limited edition were built with the salt & pepper grill cloth, a nice touch. They made matching 1974CX extension cabinets as well but I've not seen one yet with the s&p grill. Mojotone makes a very credible reissue cabinet that's tempting.......can be had for about half the price of the current extension cab.
