rope problem colling Collings D2h 1999

hello everyone,
I have a 1999 d2H and I have the following problem:
The strings curl when I play with the capo in 4th position and with classical chords. if I play the same place on the neck without a capo the strings do not curl. I have the impression that this problem is very localized between the 4th and 7th box.
Maybe a hollow in the neck or the frets a little too high?

I relaxed the truss rod by 1/8th of a turn and it was perfect. Especially on the middle of the key.
