Recommend the Perfect OOO/OM Model for me

Hello, First post here. Long time on the Acoustic Guitar Forum. I have had a Collings D3 and currently have a D2H Traditional. I play 50/50 fingerstyle and flatpick. I usually like to do both on the same instrument. I would even have the action on the high side compared to most players because I liked to dig in and feel the power. Life events caused me to drastically reduce my playing time for a couple of years and I completely lost much of the muscle memory of many of the tunes I used to play. But now, thanks to retirement, I have spent a good amount of time working my way back into regular playing. I'm 60. I get occasional trigger finger and have arthritis in one pinky. I am now resorted to adjusting to a smaller bodied instrument. I am firmly fixed on finding a OOO or OM guitar. I prefer the sound of Rosewood over others. So I want to direct my sights on a OOO2 or OM2 of some kind.

Here is where I would love to hear from you. Which version of these should I get? Standard, Hill Country, or Traditional? Adi or Sitka or some other Spruce top? I need it to be versatile. I have owned other Adi topped instruments mostly like them for flatpicking and less for fingerstyle. The only thing I am locked into is I want a sunburst. I would like to hear what you have to say on this subject.

My advice would be play as many as you can with an open mind. I was recently in the guitar market and was sure I needed a Dread or a 12 fret 000 by Collings, Bourgeois, or SCGC. I ended up with a C100 which is something of size between a dread and a 000 it also has an amazing burst. Ultimately just play a bunch of Collings 000s without too many preconceptions of what you have to have and you will find the right one.

V, if you're being troubled by trigger finger & arthritis, the 000 may not be the best choice.
They come stock with a 1 13/16" nut width... which is pretty hefty...& long scale.
See if you can find an OM1JL.... the standard one comes in 1 11/16" with the same profile as Julian's '39 000-18.
