Not by me, as I have one, and love it - but someone in the USA, on the AGF, after watching my Youtube channel about my Collings guitars, is trying to find one.

I was trying to assist him and suggested that he join this forum.
For this heinous crime I have been banned, for a week, apparently other guitar related forums are evil competitors!

Anyway, should anyone have a stock (1 & 13/16" nut width) DS2h, which they want to part with - there's a guy on the AGF who wants one.
