I-35LC Construction?

Did Collings change their I-35LC construction a few years back? I thought I had read somewhere that they did change the center block construction around 2016 or so. Anybody have any concrete info on this? Thanks.

For anyone interested, I think I found the answer.
Somewhere in late 2014/ early 2015 they went from a 5 ply sandwich construction on the center block to a 4 ply. I'm sure I'd never be able to tell the difference, but interesting nonetheless. Cheers.
