WTB: Collings AT 16 or AT 17

I am looking to purchase a Collings AT 16 or AT 17 archtop. And yes, I know about the one currently on Reverb, which is currently on hold for a buyer. I would prefer a natural or tangerine sunburst finish, but I am open. I would also love if it had a pickup already installed, but this is not a dealbreaker. I definitely want something that is in excellent to mint condition. No fixer uppers or instruments with a lot of play wear. If you have one you are looking to sell, message me. If I’m interested, I will require detailed photos and a serial number.

I admire your taste in archtops! Those are tough to find. Have you considered the Waterloo versions? Not in the same league perhaps but they enjoy terrific reviews. Good luck with your search!

Thank you. As for my search, I’m going to hold out for an AT 16 or AT 17. Waterloo makes an excellent guitar and I wouldn’t mind owning one, but right now I have my heart set on a Collings.

Well, I found a Collings AT 17 in Italy of all places, I imported it, and I just received it. It’s in pristine condition, and it’s a gorgeous instrument. I’m really stoked that I found it. Here are some photos:
