Collings SHOULD Make A Telecaster!

HI,
I'm a Telecaster and Collings nerd! Yea I know Telecasters are simple basic guitars but I would love to see Collings take a stab at a high end Telecaster. Their current crop fits the jazzier acoustic line but nothing for us country pickers. They make Gibsons and NEED to make some Fenders! Some single coils instead of P90s and Humbuckers. 6 on top tuners!
Fender Custom Shops start at close to $4K and Masterbuilts at $7K. High end independents fetch the same. There's a big chasm in quality and I betcha Collings could nail a $3-4000 Telecaster that's head and shoulders above the crowd!
Big Collings players like Julian Lage are Telecaster players!
I'm actually surprised they haven't attempted anything close....
